When you see any spirit or anything paranormal... Dont freak out!!!! Let me give you some ideas on what u cud do...

First an foremost.. DON BE SCARED.. You are higher up in the power hirachy. They fear u..... So unless they dont think u'r a complete weakling they won't do u any harm.. You usually you see things at night time, yeah???? When u see something... dont go home until sunrise.. Cuz when u see it, it follows u around n when u go home, it goes to ur home n attaches itself to the house. So u better go to a mosque and go home after dawn prayers...

When u see something infront of u, dont get scared.. cuz if u get scared it will follow you..... And have you ever heard of "magumathi elhun"? Well "magumathi elhun" is when these spirits take u round n round the same road. Usually u'l be thinking ur goin round n round the same road... but these spirits trick u and walk u into sea or such. You come to ur senses when u almost drown. Or sumtimes u see dead people walking.... Or coffins and cemetery and such.... And the most trickiest one is the one shows u beauty. Takes ur mind into beautiful gardens... So bright and colourful, u'l forget everything else... and then suddenly change the whole place into something scary...
